we took a trip to visit davids brother jason, his wife christina, their daughter maddie, who is 8, and jackson, who is 1. tristan had so much fun. hes never had the chance to be around babies his own age before.

here are some pictures of our trip to the beach. we went with grandma, aunt kelly, and elizabeth, and tristan had a blast. he really enjoyed the water.....

we're at Ft Polk

well everyone, we made it to ft polk. we got housing, and we're trying to get as settled as we can before we get our stuff delivered. davids been busy painting, and tristan is having the run of the house. its a 2 story, and thankfully he hasnt discovered the stairs yet. we got a gate, but cant put it up til david gets his tools. Leesville is tiny little town, and it doesnt look like there is much to do here, but we're looking forward to driving around and seeing everything. the post is pretty nice though.

we have tons of pictures from our time in houston to post, now that the internet is up at that the house. meeting so many new people, going to the beach, lots of new stuff. i'll start getting those up soon.
